The final order total on my order confirmation is less than what I paid you. Why is that?

I place the order with the printer on your behalf. I supply the high resolution artwork and make sure it is of the best quality possible. I have a relatively low markup and handling charge for each different size. In this way, you receive my premium printed work for much less than other artists charge. Plus, as the customer, you have total quality guarantees and shipping information.

Why are there limited size options for the wrapped canvas prints?

There are two reason for limited size options.

I only offer the standard print sizes available from the printer. Custom sizes can be considerably higher.

The resolution of the pint file also dictates the maximum size the painting can be printed with maximum image quality.

Will the canvas hold up outdoors?

Though the unique construction and coating provide superior color gamut and resolution, our canvases are only intended for indoor use, and will resist fading if kept out of direct sunlight.

Will you provide a tracking number?
Yep! Your tracking number is provided with your shipping confirmation email, which is sent when your package leaves our facility.
How do I clean the canvas?

The canvases are quite durable and should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc. You can dust canvases with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas is damaged and needs deeper cleaning you may try a damp cloth. If the canvas gets nicked and loses ink in a certain areas it can be touched up with felt-tip markers or paint.

What printing technology and canvas do you use?

Our prints are giclee prints that are printed with UL ECOLOGO and UL GREENGUARD GOLD Certified 1 Water-based HP Latex Inks. They are hazard free, have no HAPs, and are nickel free. The canvas is a polyester material.

Poly canvas is a perfectly durable material, especially when it is made from the synthetic fabric. The material is crafted using a plain weave, meaning the twist and weft threads are knitted into a basic crisscross formation. The poly canvas fabric is a good choice for home decor prints and will give your rooms an intense flair.

The finished product has a semi-gloss surface.

What is the best way to hang a canvas?

Two saw-tooth hangers will be evenly spaced on the back of the canvas frame when the side they are applied to is longer than 36″. Smaller canvases have saw-tooth hangers installed in the center of the back of the frame. You may choose to add your own hardware if you have a preference for how to hang your artwork.

When hanging art, the general rule of thumb is to have the center of the piece at the average persons eye-level. Galleries will often hang the center of the art from 60″ – 66″. If your canvas will hang over a piece of furniture just take that into consideration when hanging
